Customers Sue Comcast over P2P Throttling

An upset Comcast subscriber in Washington, DC, has filed a lawsuit against the company over its traffic management practices. Filed yesterday in the Superior Court for the District of Columbia, the lawsuit accuses Comcast of false advertising over its claim that its Internet service allows "unfettered access to all the content, services, and applications that the Internet has to offer."
