Harvard Site Hacked and Available as a Torrent

It is Obvious that some one hacked Harvard site to settle down some personal issues with Harvard System Admin.
The torrent Files and message on the hacked site shows that Harvard is using Joomla, and needless to say that Joomla suffers some very well known security holes and Sql Injection.
