How to contribute to OLPC ?

1) How community/individuals can contribute to OLPC (for example like localizing)

OLPC maintains a webserver for translation. There are currently over 450
people helping with translations. Please see

2)How to download and work on the operating systemof OLPC or develop applications for it.
