How to JailBreak IPOD Touch 16GB
Lots of ppl talkin on the internet about Jailbreak IPhone and no one is giving enough attention to IPOD Touch specially 16GB the new models with two Nand Chips.
Use the post that shows how to downgrade your IPod Touch h3r3.
Point your IPOD Touch that runs Firmware 1.1.1 to www.jailbreakme.com and click on installer
and you have a Jailbreak IPOD Touch 16GB
Please note that Ziphone.org program does not jailbreak IPOD Touch 16GB, Ziphone.org is mainly dedicated to Iphone although it supports old versions of IPOD touch

Thank you Sam, one more question: when I jailbreak my ipod (16GB) I lost the warranty? Can I recover it?
You just can restore IPOD and install the latest Firmware to it
and you are innocent and have done nothing wrong (~_*).
but I'm not the expert here, consult some1 else and let me know the updates

This is the only way you know to jailbreak the 16GB iPod? Doesn't work with ZiPhone 2.5c?
Ziphone did not work with recent 16GB Itouch, cuz it has two nand chips.
if you ziphone your itouch it will give you bsd root error
