How to make a Backup copy of copy protected CD or DVD ?

In this post, I will describe how to make a backup copy (in other words for legal purpose).
it is not 100% bullet prove (nothing is 100% bullet prove !!)
it is simple , I use this software called Clone DVD h3r3 http://www.clonedvd.net/
it copies most of the copy protected CD or DVDs that uses media layer copy protection scheme
