AMD/ATI releases GPU specification

Let me explain. We all know that AMD bought ATI since almost a year by now.
Now AMD releases it GPU (Graphical Processing Unit - the Processor that render things and graphics on our screens)
In other words, it releases how this processor is designed and how it works.
I don't know how they do that although they are in a hard competition with NVidia but we will know tomorrow
