South Africa says NO loud to OOXML

The Keynote given by Minister of Public Service and Administration of South Africa says a loud NO to OOXML and louder YES to ODF.

I hope that they say NO in Egypt to OOXML, I wish that they understand in Egypt what is the meaning of saying yes to OOXML.
