Windows Fails with ATM Machine

As usual, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and robustness of Windows, can not help in ATM Machine. I have captured few Screenshots of Windows throughing error messages and Malware warning message.
Can you imagine , an Malware warning message on an ATM machine that is exposed to public, and how a Virus can mess up things.
from my humble point of view, MS-Windows can not deliver the level of security or robustness that an ATM machine and banking in general may need

Is it ok if I translate this into my native language Sinhala? This is very important since almost all banks in Sri Lanka uses M$ Window$ in their ATMs.

GSM support synchronized protection system that supervise and organize ATM center and troubles confirmed above. It sends alerts Message to the registered ATM user in case of disturbance arise due to fire, vibration, door unlock and movement.
