IDLELO4 just started in Accra/Ghana at AITI (Advanced Information Technology Institute/Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excelence in ICT).
I'm over impressed with Accra so far, it is very different and more mature than most of the African Countries I have been through.
Most of all AITI/Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence is a very well equipped ICT center, it exhibits the best in terms of Infra-structure, Training Rooms, and Facilities.
